Five core services. One proven methodology.
Whether you're starting from scratch or rescuing a stalled IAM initiative, we meet you where you are. .
Identity Implementation
End-to-end IAM platform deployment for large enterprises: from requirements and solution design through HRIS integration, MFA, PAM, RBAC, testing, and production rollout.
Identity Strategy

Why do so many IAM projects fail on the first attempt?
Most failures trace back to skipping the groundwork: no clear current-state picture, no stakeholder alignment, and a platform chosen before the requirements were understood. Idenhaus starts with assessment and strategy so every implementation fits a larger, funded plan, which is how we help you get it right the first time.
Where should we start: assessment, strategy, or implementation?
It depends on where you are today:
- IAM Assessment (2–4 weeks): you need a clear picture of your current state before committing to a program or platform.
- IAM Strategy & Roadmap (4–8 weeks): you want a phased, fundable plan with a business case. This is our most common starting point.
- IAM Implementation (6–18 months): you have an approved roadmap and are ready to build and deploy.

Which IAM platforms do you work with?
Our team works regularly in SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, EmpowerID, OpenText, Bravura Security, Microsoft Azure AD and AWS IAM. Because our guidance isn't tied to a single vendor, platform recommendations are based on your requirements, not a reseller agenda.
Can you help if we already have an IAM tool that isn't working?
Yes. We regularly work with organizations that are starting from scratch and with those rescuing a stalled or underperforming IAM initiative. An assessment will show whether the issue is configuration, process, governance or the platform itself, before you spend more.
What does an IAM assessment include?
A current-state architecture review, stakeholder interviews across IT and business, an IAM maturity assessment, gap identification and risk prioritization, a platform landscape analysis, and an executive summary with recommendations.
What does your implementation work cover?
End-to-end deployment: requirements and solution design, platform configuration, HRIS and Active Directory integration, application connectors and federation, MFA, PAM and RBAC, testing, production rollout and stakeholder training.
Which industries do you serve?
We focus on enterprise and compliance-driven organizations in healthcare, financial services, higher education and the public sector. See our case studies for examples.
Who will actually be working on our project?
Senior practitioners only. The experts you meet in the sales process are the people who do the work.
